On a busy day a host shouldn't have to scroll to take a walk-in or find today's bookings — so I added the controls that were missing, surfaced the ones that were buried, and turned an endless detail screen into something you run, not read.

A strong AI model was trapped behind a screen that fought the doctor — so I rebuilt the read around the clinician's judgment, with the AI as a triage assistant, never the authority.
